If you don't receive a response email from me after submitting your request, it means your form was REJECTED. The primary reason for rejection is incomplete information, such as not properly introducing yourself to include your desired visit date and what you're hoping for during our time together.  (If you don't have a desired visit date, that's okay, just let me know when I reach out!)

NOTE:  An in-depth questionnaire will be sent to you once your session is booked. This form helps me in properly planning our time together.

Please refrain from submitting multiple applications in an attempt for a quicker response. I will respond in 24-48 hours.
